Donate to the trust fund

The Governor Robert P. Casey Memorial Organ and Tissue Donation Awareness Trust fund was established to help heighten awareness about the need for organ and tissue donation and inspire more people in Pennsylvania to sign up to become organ and tissue donors.

Pennsylvanians can make a $3 donation to the trust fund when obtaining or renewing a driver’s license, photo ID card and vehicle registration. Also, donations can be made on the state income tax form by designating all or part of your refund to the Trust Fund.

To contribute directly to the Fund, please use the online organ donation form or make checks payable to The Governor Robert P. Casey Memorial Organ and Tissue Donation Awareness Trust Fund and send to:

  • Show your support for organ and tissue donation by purchasing a Donate Life-branded Pennsylvania license plate.
