Rockland Harvey has been through more than most people in a lifetime. Born with a tumor covering his eye, Rockland needed to receive a cornea transplant at only six weeks old.

He endured a nine-hour long surgery, making him the youngest corneal transplant recipient in history.

Since his transplant, Rockland has transformed into a healthy and playful kid, and his parents John and Danielle have become organ donation advocates in the Pittsburgh area.

“I was not an organ donor before this happened with Rockland, but I actually went out and changed it so that I could be an organ donor,” Danielle said.
